• Membership is for one year and one membership covers all members of the family living in the same household.

• Members complete the application and send it to PSP.

• Within one week, the member will receive their membership packet and can immediately begin using their card.

• For immediate use, PSP will provide specific instructions.

• Members simply provide the Pharmacist with the cardholders Social Security Number and the Computer automatically advises the Pharmacist of PSP's Program Price.
